The scenario builder is genuinely different from every other adult AI platform I have tried. Most of them just drop you into a chat and hope you can steer things yourself. Secret Desires actually lets you define the world before you start - who the characters are to each other, what the situation is, what the tone should be. The AI sticks to it much better than freeform. Pricey at $16.99 but I have run probably 40 sessions across different scenarios so the per-session cost works out fine. Web-only is a frustration though.

Specifically picked this one because of the discreet billing. The charge on my statement looks completely generic. The trial sessions were enough to convince me the product works - the AI did not break character once during a fairly complex setup.
