If you go into DreamDolls expecting a deep AI companion experience you will be disappointed. If you go in wanting to spend hours designing a beautifully styled character and generating images of her in different outfits and settings - this is genuinely excellent. I have close to 200 saved images across different aesthetic themes. The doll style is not for everyone but I love it. The chat is basically an afterthought which is a shame because the character design makes you want to engage with her more. Treat it as a fancy image tool and you'll be happy.

The visuals are stunning and I will not argue with that. But I paid $14.99 for a month expecting an AI companion with some chat depth and what I got was basically a chatbot that forgets our conversation every session. It has no memory whatsoever. I asked her something we had discussed the day before and she had zero recollection. For $15 a month I expect more than an image generator with a chat box tacked on. The images are beautiful though. I'm genuinely conflicted.

Been using this for three months mostly for the fashion stuff. They drop new outfit collections every two or three weeks and some of them are genuinely creative - last month was a whole cyberpunk collection with neon accessories and it looked amazing.
